- Google: Pixel 3/Pixel 3XL/Pixel 4/Pixel 4XL
2Prep and Ship your Device:
- Resetting your Device to Remove All personal Information
- If you have an iPhone:
- You can perform a factory reset by opening the “Settings” menu
- Select “General” and then select “Reset”
- Select “Erase all content” to completely wipe your device
- If you have an Android phone:
- You can perform a factory reset by pressing the “Menu” button
- Go to “Settings”, select “Privacy”, and then “Factory data reset”
- Finally, press on “Reset phone” to complete the process and remove all of your data from the phone
- Deactivate Service and Clear Financial Obligation
- If your device has cellular service, remove SIM card or deactivate through your carrier and pay the remaining balance that is associated with your device, if any.
- Download and print the shipping label we provide you through the “My Trade-In” function, and ship your Device to us right away!
