Shipping & Returns

We pack and ship all orders within 2 business days after order placed. We offer FREE USPS SHIPPING service if your order is over $15. After you place order, please check your “Order Status” to confirm how your order was shipped. A tracking number will be uploaded once your order is shipped.
We ONLY ship to addresses within the United States. (P.O. Boxes and Military Base APO, or other military addresses cannot be used at this time).
You can always track your order status through “My Order”.

Shipping item to usmartmobi is always FREE. After you complete your order, we'll send you an email with your prepaid shipping label so you can print it out and ship your Trade-in device.You can also log into your usmartmobi account and then access to” My Trade-in”, click “Print shipping label” button to download your label as well.
Please print out the shipping label and follow the instructions described in the trade-in page. Drop it off at the nearest USPS location.
Please notice, our prepaid shipping label only covers the cost of shipping your item from your location to usmartmobi, it does NOT include insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your package, please visit your local US Postal Office and ask them to add it.
You can always track your trade-in status through “My Trade in”.

We provide buyer’s remorse in which we accept returns within 30 days following delivery. To return the item ordered, please initiate a return through the built-in function in “My Order”. We will provide a prepaid return label through USPS.
You can always track your return status through “My Return”.
